Hello good mappers,

i have got a qeustion:

Is there anybody around here who have got prefab(s) for boats?
coz i need them very much and i cant make them coz i don't have got an idea how to make those things.
i dont have to move.

i want to add it onto my map named: mp_beach.
so you can geuss, what i am going to do with the prefab.

In your xmodel folder you already have few boats, look Here

You'll find Higgins boats and cargo ships.

Mate isnt that for CoD2? [confused]

i have got CoD2 and i see that only now is the thing how to get it into SoF2 .md3 format with the texture(s). ?

It's generally frowned upon to import models from one game to another. Personally I wouldn't recommend it.

As for prefab boats - I take it you have created a map so far? Don't give up on yourself to quickly, keep trying to build them on your own. I would recommend that you try and get a model vice prefab as the brush count is something that you want to keep down.

Just a thought or two.

Okay then i will try,
only i dont know if i can coz this is the first time i map as you can see on the screens from my map ingame.

Mp_Beach Screens:







I know, that the light is not good, but i am now doing some hard things on the map.
Adding objects for hiding, weapons pickup, better gametype placing.

And the large wall in the "back" of the map is a "func_group" and will be only active as my "ja" gametype is active.

Its a script that allows you to export to .md3 using Blender3D.
