Hi ppl, i know what you will say when you read this "oh no not another noob...bla bla bla", but the fact is that im running around trying to fix this porbelm for a while and can't figure out a solution!!
When i donwloaded de COD2 radiant tools, they worked fine, though i didn't know yet how to work with them...So i downloaded a couple of videotutorials and i learned a few tricks, and there i go, ready to start mapping, but, when i try to start radiant....ups, crash, gfx_d3d.dll. Ok , you must think it's the graphics card. So did i, and went on, installing new drivers, directx etc, etc, reinstalled cod2 and patch and tools again. So now i can start radiant, bur when i try to do something as simple as going to menu, textures and tools, bang, crash again, with gfx_d3d.dll error again. Anyone has the same erroe or can help?

One small correction ppl, it's gfx_d3d_tools.dll, not gfx_d3d.dll !!!

Thakx ppl i have already found the solution. I accidentally stumbled upon a post that explained how non-official maps in the main directory can cause the radiant porgram to crash...Deleted maps, problem solved... :)
