Hi,
Hope you don't mind me dropping in like this.
"The Intern's Story" team is growing but we still have need of a few people for our little project.
So here I go again.

A Source-based interactive horror story mod needs a crew.

A brooding sanitarium holds an ancient power that is searching for a way to regain its hold over a New England community. The Intern's Story is a game set in the classic Call of Cthulhu setting of 1920s New England, as described by the imagination of H.P. Lovecraft.

This third chapter of the period story proposes to build a great-looking set that is a fitting place to finalise the story from the first two episodes (built by myself with some excellent input from a small group of talented individuals).

Required for this non commercial, small, project are:

Concept artist familiar with the Mythos themes.
Mappers for HL2.
Texture and skinning artists familiar with the 1920s time period.
3D Modellers as above and with a desire to produce props fitting a Cthulhu Mythos setting.
Machinima/ faceposer/scripted sequence technologist.
Coder for Source.
Voice actors with accents redolent with the classic B/W movie era.
The project is hiring on a principle of 'if you are better at any of the above than me you will be improving it'.

You can try out the first two episodes by visiting the web page Arkhamsoft.com. Check us out and if you feel you might be interested in working on part three, you can contact me either by PM or by email at quinjet@who.net

Thank you for stopping by,
Quin

Oh, I'm also from New England. So if Ya need any
pics for skybow textures of the landscape, or buildings
from the era. Quite a few still standing too.
You mentioned B&W film. Are you gonna use all
B&W textures, or maybe sepia? Just an idea, tho
a Whole game like that might be anoying after a while.
LOL.
Good luck.

Hi DC,
Not had a lot of interest from this forum so almost missed your post (S).
Would you really be able to do some local photography for us? Wow, very nice offer, thanks. Being a Brit I can only imagine what HPL saw. To have some images from the real Mythos County might be really inspirational. I might just take you up on your offer.
Always happy to have submissions for musical ideas too but I wouldn't want to get your hopes up as we have composer on board at the moment. Saying that, if you wanted to pm me some links, I would be more than happy to listen and let you know what I think. It's always handy to have some extra resource if we needed it and your details would go under the big "M" section. lol
Erm, did you say you do modeling (not the Pickman kind [wink]) too? Any pics you would like to show us.
Cheers again for posting, I hope to chat some more soon,
Quin.
