Working on a MP map that has fire. When ran from my computer as an unpure, MP server to test the map, the fire looks fine. But when ran from my clan's game server, the fire shoots off into the air about 20 times higher than what it is supposed to be???

Any ideas why the effect would react different on my computer than an actual game server?

nvm... found the problem... weird tho. Somehow I had left out the efx file in the pk3, but strangely enough it did display a fire effect except it was just about 10 stories tall??? i put in the effect into the pk3 file and all works fine... thanks anyways addrake![wave]

the tall firey fx was the error.efx, if u see that, cod could find the fx file
