UK Video Marketplace Goes Live on December 11

Full length movies available over Xbox Live in less than two weeks.

Microsoft has finally announced when its Video Marketplace will be hitting the UK, with British Xbox 360 owners able to download full length films from December 11. Coming off the back of a successful US launch, the marketplace will be the first video on-demand service available across six countries, with Canada, France and Germany - as well as the UK and Ireland - also getting the store.

Call of Duty 5 Confirmed

UK, December 3, 2007 - Activision Blizzard has confirmed that Call of Duty 5 and Guitar Hero 4 are both in development just hours after news of the company's merger hit the wire. Battle for the Pacific

Hey guys, I just saw a commercial for this game called Battle for the Pacific, and thought it looked pretty cool. It is being put out by Activision and the History Channel.

Here are some screen shots. It looks a lot like COD3 graphics in a way. Maybe not as crisp, but still looks fun.
