I was pretty surprised when I found this post on CGChannel.com regarding mapping for Grand Theft Auto III and Vice City. In an attempt to protect the players and themselves against cheating during Counter-Strike competitions, Ultimate Arena is going to record all tournaments. If a game is protested due to cheat accusations, the recording will be reviewed. If the protest is upheld, the tournament will be nullified and all parties will receive a refund. If the protest is rejected, the accusing party will be fined $1.00 plus an amount equal to the fee of one match.
