Get ready for more rumors about Half-Life 2 and it's release. The German PC Games magazine was recently translated on the forums of Halflife2.net and reported as stating:

According to Gabe, ...they are planning to release it in Late summer this year and he apologized for septemer 30. he also said, ... [ There's more ]

I should start right off by stating that this is not about another delay for Half-Life 2. Gabe Newell made some comments about the release delays for HL2 in Polygon Magazine. He mentions that Valve will not be releasing a game that is not complete and would consider pumping more money and time into the project rather then release a poor product. "If that means delaying the game to 2005, we'll do it without any hesitation."
