Half-Life 2 Makes Arcade Debut

Taito and Valve have at last restarted talk about the arcade adaptation of Half-Life 2 that was first announced back in November of last year. The Bill of Players' Rights

Over the years there have been various efforts to create a Bill of Rights for game players. Someone named PeterB, in a blog called Tea Leaves, wrote a PC Gamer's Bill of Rights about a year ago. Noah Falstein's 400 Project is an excellent ongoing effort to find 400 rules about game design, and even better, to document how those rules relate to one another.

Spark Sues Activision

Spark Unlimited, developer of Call of Duty: Finest Hour, has filed suit against Activision Inc. over the terms of its contract with the publisher.
