In the latest of a string of state-specific legislation related to video games, Michigan Governor Jennifer M. Granholm has announced that she will sign legislation later this week that will make the sale or rental of mature or adult-rated video games to children illegal. Build 5219, the first CTP (Community Technology Preview) build of Windows Vista that Microsoft is distributing at the 2005 PDC includes many of the hyped features as well as some surprises. Because 5219 is being classified a CTP build, it will be available to everyone from Microsoft's website shortly (though whether they provide it as a download or make you pay for shipping on a CD is yet to be seen)....
