KOCH Media announces that a further co-publishing deal has been signed with JoWooD for the multi-platform title "Panzer Elite Action", in addition to the contracts already signed for "Gothic 3", "SpellForce 2" and "The Guild 2". As before, KOCH Media has been acknowledged the exclusive licensing and distribution rights for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK and Italy. Florida Gaming Bill

Florida is following in the steps of California with a well-tanned violent gaming bill of its own. Apparently the bill is quite similar to the recently passed California law: "About the only difference between the two bills is that Diaz de la Portilla's legislation makes it illegal for violent games to be made available to minors in arcades as well as in stores.
