Not sure I actually believe what I'm seeing... In a recent tweet by pcdev, he has stated that the Call of Duty : Black Ops - Mod tools beta have been released on steam.

Welp. I tried to get there early and get far up in line for the Battlefield 3 hands on. However, LA just wouldn't allow it to happen. Heck, even Kotick from Activision was turned down from a preview (who would blame them). So instead I spent the day play all the other games. Oh yeah, and as Welshy (or Masta) requested, I took a ton of photos as you can see below.

Today started with meetings and ended with a 2.5 hour line to see Call of Duty Elite. Yes, I'm referring to the social service for Call of Duty. While waiting there in line, I was nearly sure it was going to be a waste of my time. But in the end, I actually learned something about the new service.

So far, everything we know about the Elite service is going to be offered for free. That's sans the $8 fee that we've been reading about. I thought we were going to be forced to pay that fee..... [ There's more ]

Great first day for E3. I'd say it's back to the show it once was. Exciting things to see, huge show and booth babes everywhere.

I took the first day to get the lay of the lands here. The next couple of days I will focus a bit more on certain games. I did notice one big change around here is that more companies are dicouraging the direct recording of games. So what I have taken is what I'm getting. That is up to the point in which I was told to stop. lol.
