FOR THOSE WITH DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

If you are expericing download problems from our server, make sure you are allowing popup windows. We are experiencing problems with our server this weekend, but as a patch, downloads should be allowed via a popup window. When you click the 'download' link, it should pop open a small, blank window and then your download should begin.

If this does not solve your problem, please let us know more about the problem you are experiencing and we'll try and find another solution.

File Submissions

All mappers and modders please submit your files correctly. There are two files waiting to posted right now and will be deleted because there is not enough information on the file.  One has no description and one has no author etc.  The submission blocks are very easy to fill out.  There is a Readme.txt Generator on the Left Sidebar which Foyleman went to great lengths to code so use it.
Files submitted with not enough information will be deleted.

HL2 Model Exporting from LightWave

Soon you will be able to export your models from LightWave for use in Half-Life 2. I found word in the LightWave newsgroup that someone is finishing up on a plugin to do just that. So, if you have models for LightWave... maybe from Doom 3 even... you will be able get them into the HL2 game.

You can grab the beta files from Newtek's Forums.

The letter I received is below.

Valve Software Wins Court Case

In a suit brought to court by Valve Software accusing Sierra Online of copyright infringement in 2002, the U.S. Federal District Court in Seattle, WA has granted its motion for summary judgement concerning "Cyber Café Rights and Contractual Limitation of Liability".
