• First of all you will need two powerpoles. there are a few good prefabs in misc_models. they are called com_powerpole1 (to 5)

• Switch the view so that you see the first pole on the right and the other on the left. now you want to create a block with any dark metal texture wich is 2px high 64px wide this will be our powerline.

• Create a simple curve patch(patch/simple curve patch...) the densety will be 3X3.

• Switch to vertex manipulation mode(hit "v") put the powerline how and were you want it (to move the dots press "alt"+"left mouse")

• When you are ready with that select your powerline press "crlt"+"c" and "crlt"+"v" (NOT just "space" this wont create a second powerline at the same place! copy pate will!) now press "crlt"+"i" this will switch the side that is textured
