Hi. My names hyper and i couldnt find a tutorial on how to add xmodels to your maps so i thought i would make a short and simple tutorial for you guys.

First,you need a program like winrar which is available to download from the internet.

Onc you have downloaded winrar, open up iw_13.iwd in your cod2 main and inside there is a folder called xmodel. You need to copy this xmodel folder into your main folder of cod2. Just the xmodel, not xmodelparts, xmodelsurfs etc.

Once you have done this, open up radiant, and right click 2d view>>misc>>models>>you should see a huge list of models for you to choose. Select one and click open, and it should be on your map. If you cant see it, scroll out a bit on the 2d view.
