Ok this tutorial [INCLUDING PICTURES] shows you how to add Mortor Holes And Decals
so i have a patch 3x3 and a brick wall
so i go to (Texture>Decals) And Select A mortor texture and copy the patch and pull it one grid up texture the copied land a mortor and drag it back done.. then you're done
then you select a diffrent texture like a bullet shot and drag it in the wall
