GtkRadiant v1.3.5 Beta released

This is a development version of GtkRadiant v1.3. You can use this at the same time as your stable v1.2 install. GtkRadiant 1.3 will not break your existing 1.2 installation. You can install 1.3 and use it for testing and still start GtkRadiant 1.2 whenever you want. You are advised to backup your work before you load it up and manipulate it in 1.3 though
As usual with experimental code, this did not get a lot of testing, and we hope to get feedback and bug reports about the release. Support for other games than Q3/RTCW/HL is in but has not been tested!
