Rockstar finally appeals BBFC’s Manhunt ban

Manhunt 2 was banned in the UK on the 19th of June by the BBFC. Rockstar has today applied to the Video Appeals Committee to get this ban over turned.
Will this lead to the game being allowed on the shelves in the UK?
