Take-Two in more Hot Coffee

Law firms, Milberg Weis and Stull & Brody announced they plan to take class action status agianst Take Two, the developers of the contreversial game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

This news comes after similar lawsuits filed over the past few weeks/months. Each law firm is looking to find those who owned shares of Take-Two between the following times:

  • October 25th, 2004, the day Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was launched and,
  • January 27th, 2006, the day Los Angeles' City attourney sued Take-Two for selling Pornographic video games to children.

This news comes as a shock to Take-Two as their spokesman declined to comment on the current situation.
