Swat version 09 for call of duty was released last night and can be found here.
New features include 4 new maps,3 new weapons,2 new gametypes s&d and team elimination, new sounds,and the gameplay has been redone. Dont forget if you have an earlier version installed delete it.Before you install new version delete the swat folder inside your call of duty folder.

Extract this zip file to your call of duty folder. DO NOT EXTRACT IT TO YOUR CALL OF DUTY/MAIN FOLDER.
