Today Cyber Cafés get to start pre-loading the Counter-Strike: Source beta. Doug Lombardi informs us that on Wednesday, the first phase of the beta will open and the game will be playable at all cyber cafes that subscribe to the Valve Cyber Café Program. Later on this month, owners of Condition Zero will get to try their hand at this beta as well. Also, those with a HL2 Voucher from ATI who enter their CD-Key into the Steam program will also be eligible.

"This beta servers as a compatibility test of the Source engine as we near completion of development on Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike: Source," said Doug Lombardi.

During the limited-time beta, you will be able to report issues using the in-game bug-reporting tool. Any crashes also generate reports automatically to send back to Valve's database.
