 News in Detail Infinity Ward has announced that the 800-point Call of Duty 4 Xbox 360 Variety Map Pack will be released on June 5th for free to PC players! Yeah it's true, the map pack is being released at no extra charge to PC users thanks to the sponsorship of Nvidia. Nvidia will apparently also be running a few promotions leading up to the release of the map pack as well as beyond that so look for the news on that here as well as it becomes available. The map pack will consist of the four maps which were already released to Xbox and PS3 users; Broadcast, Chinatown, Killhouse, and Creek. In addition to the map pack hitting, PC Players will be receiving the 1.6 Patch for the PC version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare that will add support for the new maps, fix a server crash exploit recently reported by the community, and a few additional features / bug fixes.
