Hi,

I have a test room (all good no leaks) and I have put in every type of spawn point going.

Once the map is compiled (which goes ok) all i can do is spectate.

Well move round in a circle and go up and down only, no forward or backward on my spectate.

But the main point is I can't start in the game, no menu, no options ...nothing.

Any ideas anyone......

To test your very first map just add one deathmatch spawn point. Ensure it is not intersecting with any brush and keep it up clear of your floor or ground. Next add just one deathmatch intermission, raise this up and angle it as you would like to see your map at the beginning of spectate.

So to recap, one deathmatch spawn and one deathmatch intermission.

These are the very basic requirements for a mp map.

Also ensure the texture on your floor or ground that you will be spawned onto are solid textures. Look at your texture descriptions, the ones with only an _ (underscore) are none solid if you have one of these textures on your ground or floor you will fall through it. Solid textures have the @ (at) sign in the description.

Sorry it took so long to reply,

But anyway.

It works a treat.

I was going on the same idea's as MOHAA. not quite the same with this radient as I have found out.
