Ian m8, try this. With your map in radiant, go to "misc" then "find brush"......enter the number of the brush given in the error, hit [enter] that should take you straight to the brush concerned. (do the first one first then so on.)
Try retexturing that brush, then with the brush surface still selected press "s" to bring up the surface inspector box and click whichever one it is suggesting, you may have to try different ones to get rid of the errors. The selections are CAP, SET, NATURAL, FIT and LMAP look at the brush when you try them, sometimes you can "see" which looks right.
I believe its someting to do with the size of the texture not fitting the brush (or patch / mesh) in such a way its giving the engine grief trying to light it in the game.
