got a nice sloping ladder....got the ladder texture on..... any ideas why, as soon as the guy steps on the ladder, he accelerates to about 40mph and flies off the top?

btw, Im thinking about using this effect to make a human howitzer......force your team mates onto a ladder in a tube and fire him at your enemies

u cant slant a ladder texture or it does that, perfectly normal. u would have to have the guy walk up it like stairs - if he cant do that already put more steps

There is actually a way to do it, but, as was mentioned, you have to be careful of the angle. I'm not sure if a more or less angle will eliminate the launch effect but I remember reading that you can have slanted ladders.
