Okay...newestproblem for the Fatbelly...

I am working on a little DM map, and have placed alot of the exploding oil drums about. I used the "prop_physics_respawnable" entity to create them. When I loaded up the map with just a couple on it, they respawned after a few seconds. Now that I have added about 20 more they don't. I just copied pasted one of the original barrels to create the others, could this be why they dont respawn? Mabye I mnissed some key value for the entity or something. Anyway one again I could use some help.... [withstupid]

P.S. Also my dynamic light models won't render in game. I used a prop_physics,and Prop_physics override entities,neither seem to be working. Is this a placment issue with the models? I mean my ropes are there, and the models are there,just not rendered. Also there is no light rendered either.

Well I am only mapping for CSS and it's a little different than hl2, but sometimes when I copy models I have the same problem. Make sure if they use names, that all the names are different, and if they don't use names, add them one at a time using the entity tool rather than copy/n/paste them. Also certain models can't be prop_physics and only prop_static or vice versa.

Another thing to check is the fade distances as if they are a positive number, they sometimes do not show in game. Set it to -1 for not to fade. I had some windows dissappear because of that.

figured out why my light wasn't showing... I accidentally set the distance key value to 0! OMG sometimes I think I shouldn't work on my map into the wee hours.... [ohwell]

as for the model not rendering...i think I have figured this out also... thanks for the tips.
