Only in my mod. Not even in another mod. And not in normal gameplay. It never did this before, and i have no idea what is causing it.

Nevermind. Found the problem level.artilleryDangerMaxRadius was changed somehow.. it was up at 4500 instead of 450. Fixed! @Molson This version of my mod is not finished yet, i have another version up. But its on the 1.6 patch. I'll be releasing this new version as soon as its finished.
