I was planning a bigger update later this week but seeing as you asked here are some screens. Still a massive amount of work to do but the map is finally starting to look like something.
Those new SS look like a Half Life 2 campaign map, especially the very last one when you're with the chick inside a jail building and have to set up turrets.
For the van ride, is there a way to get killed or any sort of repercussion for not firing? It looks like cool idea but if player's don't fire and there isn't a way for zombies to get into the van or some other consequence during the ride, that might look bad.
EDIT: Nevermind, just realized it looks/sounds like you are using the van ride for an opening scene so there won't be any attacking zombies during the ride?

Hhhmm I think I would tend to agree with you there sparks or about that last shot anyway. It does look very HL2 although I think the biggest reason for that is because of the floor texture i've used.
Most if not all of the textures used in those images are likely to be changed, I've just added them so I can get an idea of what looks good and what doesn't.
The Van ride is for the opening of the campaign and mainly just servers as an opening sequence.
It does remind me of HL2 and HL2 was good, so this is good. Looks a lot better than anything that Valve made in their campaigns.

Thanks Guys.
I've been working on it as much as possible at the moment and it's finally taking shape.
There is still a massive amount of work to be done. The geometry is pretty much done now and I am now starting to add the textures, decals, models and entities throughout the level.
The opening van ride sequence also needs some work.
I still don't really have a specific release date but it should be within the next few weeks.
