Ok, heres what I get!

Loading mp_feild/roads@racetrack.dds...failed, using default

Do textures need to be a specific size?

I don't think "roads" is a shader.

Try using "concrete" for your racetrack or "gravel" or "dirt", depending on the type of texture it is.

roads is NOT a valid shader so unless you have made your own (which you could probably easily do by maybe editing the gravel or dirt or concrete) you can't use that.

They do have to be specific sizes as well. Both dimensions have to be a power of 2. Most people seem to make then 256x256 but any power of 2 will work and it does not have to be square so 128x256 is valid as well.
