First of all, thanks for all contributions to the modsonwiki.com site, I know the Call of Duty series in particular has some really great information.

We are now looking to start and expand the Call of Duty WAW wiki pages, I've started a few already, feel free to edit the format, spelling, add to the topics as needed. The more people that contribute the better.

CODWAW Wiki

Remember the modsonwiki is for information while the Tutorial page here on modsonline.com is for step by step guides.

So a typical page on the wiki would be:

Feature in the game
What it does
Why it does it
What Files it uses
Common Errors
Links to tutorials

Although the pages are not for step by step guides feel free to do so to some degree if you feel a feature needs explaining more.
Would also be good to break up the mundane text with a few relevant pictures to help show how a feature might react/look in game.

As a note I'll update the main page so the topic links are easier to find rather than scrolling all the way down.

New pages should be:

* [[World at War: SP Feature]]
or
* [[World at War: MP Feature]]

Obviously changing the 'feature' to what ever your describing.
Also in my opinion it would be good to keep this as a user made WIKI rather than copying work from elsewhere.

Just a little update,

I've added quite a few pages now with lots of information that has all been tested, others have contributed too which is brilliant.

I've added a "mods" page which I'll be looking to add to in the next few days, this is probably the most needed page as so many people are having problems with what files they need and where they need to go.
This does not mean that we are talking about modifying game assets but simply how to use the "mods>launch Mod" feature when distributing custom maps/contents. Also why it's used and known problems/fixes. (so if you know about it, add to it!)

Today I put up the Singleplayer vehicles information page which although incomplete, it should work.

Please continue to add information and pictures where necessary, especially the Common Mapping errors as I've seen a lot of similar errors in the forums recently that all needed one fix.

Cheers, tech
