*bump*

Sorry but I really need to get this figured out...I can view anything below case512x512 when listing all the textures....

I know all the textures cant be accessed by the categories....ie Sign, Damage,...etc because I've tried that and haven't found some that or on the prefabs....

Please help. Thanks!

1 - At the end of every compile process (very common):
ERROR: Access denied "I:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Max\Lokale Einstellungen\Anwendungsdaten\Activision\CodWaW\mods\HumorModTWO\humormodtwo.iwd"
file exists, isn't locked or anything, win xp 32bit, admin account


2 - annoying errors during level compile (i think everybody get these):
ERROR: physics preset 'bÍa' not found
ERROR: physics preset '…ob' not found
ERROR: ddl version number does not match converter version


3 - radiant misses scrollbars in the entity editor, you currently have to click and hold the left mouse button on an entry and move left or right to scroll - pretty annoying



4 - is there a full/pro version of the launcher for the dev team (Treyarch), maybe without bugs? :P



5 - radiant crashes if one try to load a custom vehicle Link


6 - "at first when driving the Jeep it will rotate on the tag_origin!! after you damage the Jeep using Tanks/Grenade/Satchel then its drivable" - mod tools / engine bug? Link


7 - a bit off-topic: is there an option to enable collision between dynamical objects? i could swear it was enable in the beta, but not in final release.


8 - The "x" close button of the Entity info window doesn't work - lacks event handling



9 - linker_pc parameter "-moddir" doesn't work, stock files seem to have higher priority which makes this parameter useless Link


10 - CoD5 AssMan always adds 3 null bytes to xmodels, compile process will fail later Link


11 - strange looking menu shows up for about 1 second if a mod is running (and clientscript is in use?) - can this be fixed somehow?



12 - AssMan complains about path when file was chosen via file picker ( "..." button ), but there's no pc or share subfolder for endusers of the game. At least one of these nasty errors in the following sections:

  1. aitype
  2. bulletweapon
  3. character
  4. destructibledef
  5. destructiblepiece
  6. gasweapon
  7. grenadeweapon
  8. projectileweapon
  9. rumble
  10. turretweapon
  11. vehicleweapons
  12. xmodel
  13. xmodelalias

i know its not a radiant bug but is there any chance of a clue how to get the map preview to show in the "start server", and the overview when u select teams?

d3dprt = portal cells. it should compile without this file. to process the portals, check "Compile Vis"

Nice topic. IS that you from merciless fame Chris? If so, good to hear you're working with the big boys now... lots of merciless bits in cod5 I noticed... I'm still running my dev/edit of your mod so cheers for all your effort!

now this bit works

and is very much like uo radiant, but this bit clearly doesn't work as the \ is written mistakenly as / and even appears twice.

This happens loads of times - see full text in the window above, so i'm wondering if the launcher has been badly written, and do these paths need fixing for anything?

I can actually compile maps here, but wondering why all the calls to paths that are incorrectly described?
