The errors with the Decals you have that return with the following Error: ERROR: surface 'ship_wall_stain5' is partially floating or needs to be aligned These Errors won't stop the compiler from compiling your BSP, it will still go ahead and compile correctly, but in all honesty, you should work on these errors to fix them, but are not a priority. The Error with your Portals should be fixed! ERROR: portal sees into two cells (aka portal t-junction) Please see portalling Tutorials to fix your portals. I don't know 100% if a bad Portal will cause the BSP compile to compile Incorrectly. But it does say... aborting due to 18 bad portals Which means it must have failed. You have many portals to fix.
