What is this and is their a way t o make it stop.
I put water on the map and I just make a small lake and it seems
to leak or make a waterfall under the lake????

also should I be using a terrain patch when adding water? I have tried that to but have the same result??

I belive it looks that you water texture is wrong.looks like your not useing the right one. make shere that your useing the blue and white with the # 1/2/3/4 on top of it and nodraw on the rest.
then if u want to go into the water like under make a copy of your water then
go to (patch)(simple terrain)
and use 2 and 2 the flip the brush so the the blue 1234 is facing down then aling it up and have it sitting below you main texture about 1.
save and export your map and u should have your water and under ground water as well. if yea still have problems try other water if still. ill make yea a sample and you can look at it

I see the 1234 but I want to use the Dynamic water is their a difference?

The dynamic water has ocean effects and reacts to explosions and light and shadows,the stream water does not.

Are you sure that you have no complex meshes entering the water,even modals maybe.
