in for example vacant, there are stones on the ground that you can walk trought, they are not models afaik, how do i make it that i can walk true walls , do i put some clip tool on the brush ?

Those stones on the ground are indeed models (with no collision). Brushes, by default, collide with players.

hmm i didnt know they where models, no luck finding them :<
but also the big windows in vacant, you can jump trought have some metal parts that can be walk trought, are these models too then?

If you want to be able to walk through a brush, make it non-colliding, use the tab that says selection, near the bottom you will see "make non-colliding" along with "make detail" etc.
