Hi Marco, I will have to get him to explain better when he comes here on Fri. What you have to do is adjust the wait commands in the script for the barriers as I said in the pm its trial and error till you get it spot on.
We used a stop watch, pencil and paper before we realised you have a countdown on screen !!! (dumb or what?)

We stuck a wait command in the barrier script, timed the train to a position where it had passed the barriers and entered that amount of wait then the barriers lift. Then timed again till the train reached (nearing) the barriers on the return run and entered that time in the secont wait command for the barriers to lower.
Then timed again for the trai to set off and pass the barriers and then they lift again.

If you give us your e addy I will get him to send you a VERY beta pk3 of Weardale so you can see it in action and have a look at the scripts. [casanova]
