my game could not see the iwd that i made or put in myself so i opened the launcher from there you can make a mod then select make iwd in there you can direct it to the texture_asset folder"your loadscreen files should be there ,select you iwi from images folder and it will create a iwd with the tools that the mod tools can read and see
this is how i got my mods to show up in all the right folders ,and it can be selected from mod launch menu in game, havent tryed loadscreen yet but it will probaly be the same
