you need to start a new map in cod4 editor , open a prefab , right click in 2d grid and select enter prefab , you have to remove models(usually incuding windows and door frames too) and textures , including decals and blends , turn the prefab to caulk and save using a different name ,( I have imported prefabs before and I save them in their own folder.
once you have them all done this way you can copy the folder over into the CODWW folder , open the prefabs up and redo the textures etc.
you can also do it but creating the textures in codww that are used in the prefabs but I found it easier this way.

use filters to make sure you find all the blends and decals

good luck[thumbs_up]

even easier then , you wont need to rename it just remove the textures and decals and same as before, and any windows or doors that are models

..even easier than that,

Start up CoD 5 Radiant, right click > misc_prefab..

Locate the prefab file, open.

Right click.. enter prefab..

Select all models via map entity browser.. delete.

Select the worldspawn via map entity browser .. select a texture.
