the big Question is:
How can i add Sound in my Map???

So, you're the only ones with LEGAL ones? EVeryone else who rips them are committing a boarder-line crime, is that right?
So, if we dont want to commit a crime, or come close to it, we're stuffed. Correct?
So, if you have assets which we - the public - dont have, how do you square that with this statement by you:

Now, help me out here: by my reasoning having "the same tools" as we do, means identical in every respect. So, how come you have assets which we dont?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the answer can only be that the quoted statement isnt true, is it? |

The process of passing them around would be illegal or at least isn't 100% clear to us, as it isn't any different than using a P2P program sharing copyrighted music.
And before you say that we aren't helping the community by not releasing them, we don't fully understand what legal implications there would be having copyrighted music/sound effects hosted here or on our own sites etc.... Especially with being tool testers it opens up doors for people to make some outlandish claims that we are leaking stuff from the network (or so as you call LEGAL), and we would not want to end up blacklisted by Activision like yourself Tally.
Hope that clears things up about what I have, it would probably be easier for you to understand if you stopped reading between the lines for once looking to stir something up. |
