This is the method used by Treyarch to generate FXs from clients rather than Globally.

HERE

We originally thought that this didnt work but after a lot of trial/error we got this working. As to why the method on Treyarch's wiki is not this one and not working... god only knows why! [duh]

good to know that clientscripts also work on mp[wave]

Hi Zeroy

I tested it but I have compil error : token=strtok (flags "")

If I delete all scriptclients, my map working but I don't see the fx of course [ohwell]

I followed well the tuto and I checked it more time. Perhaps an translation error, I'm french [rolleyes]

ps : I tested methods 2 and 3 too.

You will have a typo in your clientside CSC file. Make sure its:
