Were in Call of Duty 2 can I find the .map files for some of the maps like Matmamta burgundy and breakout were can I find the .map fiels for them in the game. if any were,. Thanks.

You cant unless the .map came with the mod tools. Once the .map is compiled you cant convert it back.
