Yo, Im making a map on Hammer using Half Life 2 as the game, but I want some stuff some CSS. Is it possible to import CSS, or any Source game props or textures into another game's Hammer? Thanks!

yes, it's possible.
It should be a matter of extracting the models and any animation (in necessary), textures, etc from the GFC and putting them into the HL2 directory so Hammer can access it for that gametype.

I was sure there were some tutorials for that exact thing, but I can't find them now. The best I could find is one that put the portal gun in HL2...

So if Im correct, can you go to options in Hammer, and click on build programs, then click on Add WAD?

I never tried to add a WAD. Usually just individual custom textures.
