Ok. On my spinning sauser the player stays facing one point
while the craft is spinning. as opposed to spinning With the sauser. Making it difficult to turn switches on & off, and any
other action while it's spinning. is there a way to turn the feature OFF so it will act like normal, and turn with the sauser?

It really sounds like you are trying to construct a vehicle and that can't be done without code changes to the HL2 Source.

Have you thought about making a mod for Garry's Mod instead?

Ahhh Code. figures.
Never tried to Mod Gerry's Mod.
The sauser is a vehical, but also is the
is the play area. I'm planning on having a few
things happen while in flight, that the player
will have to fix.
I've scrapped the spinning idea. too much BS.
Might just have all the flight pre set, and have a
tank for user interaction. still seeing what can, and
cannot be done with HL2. Probably going to have to
have a lot of change level spots. I seem to make FULL
maps, of all the structures. Not just what the player sees.
Which gives em great detail, but lagggggggggggs like hell.
But since I started using "nodraw" to make all structure brushes, and only texture the sides you see, the lag has
dropped alot. is there a better texture to use? In D3 they
had the "caulk" texture. Is there a HL2 version of it?
