Ok so, i want to make a helicopter. But is it possible?

can blades spin while going with the main helicopter?

like for instance, if i had the blades linked to the helicopter with Linkto, wud that work? cause i want the blades to spin, while going with the chopper =P

In my experience this would be hard. You might be able to have the blades spinning on an origin while moving to an origin position. So they move and spin.

But as for the helicopter body you may have to make sure you have that move in time with the blades. So two seperate scripts intime with each other :S

if someone jumped in the helicopter, then it wud disconnect from the blades and look stupid..

sigh... why does cod2 have to be dead!

cod2 isnt dead...there are plenty of mappers and modders out there...its just that i dont even think that its possible, and if it is then it will be an incredibly hard script. I have actually tried to do this once before as i have 4 copters which my mate winged made which are brilliant but, i couldnt get the blades to rotate on a copter that flys through the air but, i could ona helicopter on the ground. Sorry matey

do you want the chopper in your own custom map only?
