Best way to avoid PC piracy is the developers to sell their games on Steam! They can be cracked with a lot of effort, but you have no chance of playing the games online unless they made cracked servers. I buy all my games from Steam because I normally end up breaking the cds or losing the serial.

I would also like to say a thing about COD WaW, I have the beta for it, I must say its a great game, great graphics and gameplay with endless fun and killing! Issues I currently have with it are * You can't run in Windowed Mode * Alt + Tabbing crashes the game * Running Xfire at the same time sometimes Crashes the game * I also can't run it through steam The friends system is another awesome feature which they added to the PC Version.

Hm, I run it in windowed mode just fine, that's how I play all my games. Alt+Tabbing is fine too although when I get back in the screen is black for like 5 seconds then comes to. Vista 64bit here, 4GB, 2.8Ghz.

Yeah it's most likely just a specific system issue. I havn't tried windowed mode but alt tabbing seems fine. Although I have had problems when I start the game where I need to alt tab to see the menu.

Holy crap 50/50 for that price... can get 100/100 for about 100 bucks over here in Sweden. But then again we're on the frontline when it comes to internet access.
