Hello, I was thinking and came up with the idea of putting CoD2 weapons into CoD:UO, but do not know if it can be achieved, can anyone tell me how i can ahieve this, and is there any tutorials for this kind of thing?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only different weapon in CoD2 was the grease gun.

i was talking to this guy last night and he has seen a modern weapons server on cod2.

what he wanted to do is use some of the modern weapons on coduo but he didn't know if this was possible.

i said that he should ask again in the forums but be more precise in asking his question.

something about an m4 with a m203 grenade launcher attached would look good on uo but i said to him that some of the movements are different in cod2 compaired to uo i/e in the xamin folder the ads up ads down and so forth, which when in the game it would look silly but that is what i was trying to tell him.but if anyone has any suggestions on how to achieve this then please feel free to post your reply.

on another note he has told me he has the modders permission to use his mod and i have asked also and have been granted but the original modder has no idea how to impliment the modern weapons from cod2 to uo,so thats why i am asking in this post, but both questions should have the same answer one hopes.

many thanks guys and i am sorry if it appears that i have hijacked this post.

well if you have acces to the models (most likely made in maya ??) you should be able to convert them to 3D studio max, reanimate them and you're good to go to export them into CoD:UO, only problem is that you need a very specific version of 3D studio max which has nearly gone extinct...
