Its not the same as the cod1/uo/cod2 tools. you cant select what you want and click edit/save as prefab. after selecting what patches, entities, other prefabs and brushes you want in your prefab, how do you save it as a prefab? a .pfb file not a .map much appreciated!

Select everything you want in your prefab. Go to File>Save selected. (top left of the tool bar) Create or find a prefab folder and save.
