I was watching the new James Bond QS trailers cince is they´re using Radiant on this game I was taking a look to the scenarios and stuff.

well, I see they use a third person switch an a ¨GOW/Rainbow six¨ cover sistem.

and we know that in COD4 as dev mode we can switch to third person but my cuestion is...

It could be possible to create a mod thats allow the people to use this kind of covering system?

could be an interesting idea.

The animations are already there, we can see them when playing in single player.

Well the player is not actually "drawn" in singleplayer, meaning that there is no player model running around in the map. so you would have to find some way in scripting that in.[ohwell]

well the guys who are developing the Quantum of Solace game figured out a way to do it. So it is possible in the cod4 engine, how easy it is though, is another story

You would need to figure out how to keep the effects drawn too such as the muzzle flashes from the guns.

MOHAA managed to do a third person character but if I remember correctly it was always the same actor model and again the muzzle flashes weren't drawn.
