You cant edit map bsps that are in .ff files, CoD5s bsp will probably be a different version again, you will probs have to recreate all the material files and include all the textures, models will most likely be a different version and you'll need more scripted stuff like nodes for the attack dogs.

The only map you'd be able to import is mp_backlot cuz you get the .map source with the mod tools

I have just spoted that treyarch has released "behind the scenes" pictures.This is very helpfull info in you are trying to make some own models.
You can see that cod:wow use much more polys than cod4.All shapes are very smooth even without normal maps.But im still not shure if game uses displacement maps.On image it is zbrush sculptured model,but as it seems it is used for normal map,not displacement.
