I'm not sure how well the trailers give a feel for the game's graphics, but from what I've seen of BIA:HH so far, CoD2 - a game that's almost three years old - looks better. The former's visuals are almost cartoonish in spots, especially where you see the destructible cover and gore mechanics demoed. The chunks of picket fence and the perfectly white and rounded femurs jutting out of stumps of leg just look silly. If the eye candy really is this underwhelming, November 11 is going to be a hard day for Ubisoft.

On a positive note, the sound seemed pretty excellent, even if the grenade explosion was ripped straight out of Far Cry.

I can see what your saying, in places this game does look poor. There are points, like the chunks of fences that do look bad considering its meant to be a "next gen" game. I did pick up on things like the Your team-mates running into things and getting stuck for a few seconds. However general speaking it looks great. the lighting and textures are good and It seems like it plays smoothly. I will defiantly be getting this

I hate to be so negative, so I'll offer something else positive that I noticed (and you did, too): I saw the friendly AI running into things in one or two spots, but it seemed to recover and bounce around the obstacle pretty quickly. That's a good sign, especially since for the cover mechanic to work properly, you have to have obstacles all over the place.

I still think this game is kinda screwed since its release date is so close to CoD:WW, but if you like it, maybe you could post a little review for the rest of us. I might change my mind.

I fancy pre-ordering the game as the limited edition comes with some goodies, but I cant find where to buy the limited edition, from the sources I got if you pre-order the game, then you get the limited edition.. but does this apply to all stores? why are the game sites not advertising it?

If anyone finds a UK link to the pre-order Ltd edition of the game, I'd be very grateful.

/edit/ From my searching the offer only appears valid in the US, from UK sites I'm getting offers like a FREE copy of Road to hill 30, and free T-shirts...

Welshy saves the day again! I actually got a link to that site in an email from Ubisoft this morning, but it was all foreign, and then clicking on your link just now I finally noticed the little Union Jack hovering at the left hand side....

hehe i got the same email, and yeah the link was all in french or something, i am not sure why cause it was in english when i read it.

Well as some of you know.. I love the BiA games, and can't wait for this one but a £54.99 ($98.40) price tag seem like it needs a loan to cover the cost woah...
