Hi guys,once again im having problems with my sp map, and this time i have 4 questions
1. How can i get the javelin to work, so far i see it in my map, pick it up, but when i aim down the sight all i get is a white screen.
2. Just wondering when i make a script_vehicle ( like a humvee or t72 ) and i want to make it destructible should i use xmodels, because when i use them not only that they are not destroyable but their collmaps dont work
3. This is a weird question so ill use an example, i have an AI that is spawned by a trigger, but i want it to spawn again by a different triger, or in other words can i use multiple trigers to spawn the same AI
4. Khaled Al Asad half of the level is about killing him but... he has no head. i get an eeror that his head has a value of 0,
Thats about what i need, i know its too much and i will be happy to get a reply for even 1 of these question ( preferably the 1st or 2nd:) . Thank you all in advance

Wow! Only a five hour bump.
Give it a couple of days at least. Rushing through a map only leads to more problems like the ones you already have.
While you are waiting, make a backup of your map and try to figure some of it out, or read through some tutorials, use the search function here on the site and look for answers, watch some tutorial videos, pull down the console and look for errors in game, proof read your scripts.

Um dude... not to sound rude but what makes you think i havent done these things allready. I allways check the forums and tutorials and post ONLY and ONLY if i havet found out what im looking for...

I meant i there are no topics about my questions and thats why im asking. I find it a bit weird that no one has ever asked about the javelin or the stinger ( even on the entire net )

The javelin and the stinger are not supported by MP, meaning there are no weapon files for them, no viewmodel (holding and aiming) and no animations. So, as far as I know.. basically... you can't get then to work with something small and easy.
You'll have to make the weaponscripts (which is the easy part) and make the animations and viewmodels.

2) Add metal_clip brushes around the vehicle, basically making your own collmap.

3) No idea if it's possible.. but you cn just place a second AI right next to him and use the second trigger to spawn the second AI guy.. if he looks exactly the same, who'd know the difference?

4) No idea...

1. my map is for sp, i can hold both of em, the problem is that they dont work

2.about the coolmap if i make it will the clip move when the tank moves or should i connect it to it

still thank you, i apreciate the jestute i will continue testing and post the end results

1) Make sure you included the viewmodel for the javelin in your zonefile (run the map with developer and script_developer turned on, this should add the missing stuff to your missing assets.cvs file, and show up when you update your zonefile.

2) Yes, make the clip brushes into a script_brushmodel, give it a targetname and link to to the tank with the enablelinkto() and linkto() functions. (See the scriptreference on how to do that.

1) Ok the javelin has all of his viewmodels, i updated the zone file, everything is fine, i can grab the javelin, aim down the sight, but it doesnt lock on, i searched the bog_a gsc file and i think it happens via script

2) Now i made a script_brushmodel, it has a targetname and is connected to the tank, the only thing i didnt understand is are the enablelinkto() and linkto() fuctions should be keys and values or do i add them o the gsc fileq because i couldnt get a thing from the scriptreference

3) As for the spawns i tried something new, i placed two actors with the same pathnodes, and ill see if it works later today
