How many people here that make maps and mods use windows vista?

Im looking into this before i download this because theres no point downloading it if it doesnt work, Im on Windows Vista Home premium 32 bit, ive checked google to see if people have used vista and had no problems like Errors during loading, graphics errors, etc

I've made a couple of maps so far with the mod tools on Vista with no probs at all. It's best to install CoD4 outside of /Program Files to avoid Vista's dodgy User Access Control thing screwing with the game. Also make sure every exe in the CoD4 directory runs under administrator mode. Sometimes u won't get a missingasset.csv file when u compile, test and try to update ur zone file. U can make one urself by changing a txt file to csv and place it in the /main folder.

Ok i just said what you told me to do, by installing the mod tools out side of /program files, and i get this error ive checked some forums saying turn off lighting effects or somthing like that but heres a image to show.





I have the best graphics card out today, and latest updates, so im not sure what this error/problem is.
